Since its inception in 2001, the Cleft and Craniofacial Center at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital has become a leading cleft and craniofacial center in the United States. Due to the complexity of cleft and craniofacial conditions, a coordinated team of experts is crucial for your child’s successful treatment. That’s why we bring together experts from multiple specialties, including craniofacial plastic surgery; ear, nose and throat (ENT); speech-language pathology; orthodontics; dentistry; and neurosurgery as needed, to provide the most effective care plan for your child.

As the largest of the four state-designated centers in Florida, our Cleft and Craniofacial Center sees a high volume of children with cleft and craniofacial conditions.
